Merchandise Return & Exchange Policies

We want you to have an enjoyable experience while browsing and shopping at Orion Imaging, and we work hard to ensure your satisfaction.  If you have questions about an item, if there is a problem with your order, or if you simply change your mind about an item, please contact us and we will gladly do our best to help.

You can return or exchange any item you purchase at Orion Imaging.  We never charge a re-stocking fee, and here is our short list of conditions for returns:

• Return any item in like-new condition within 30 days for a full 100% refund
• CD's, DVD's, and other digital media may only be exchanged if defective
• If you've used the item but you decide you don't like it, simply send it back to us
  and we'll gladly give you store credit for the full price of the item

We take great care in seeking out and bringing to you a choice and eclectic selection of the finest-quality artwork, products, and gifts.  All our items are backed by our environmentally responsible business practices, and you'll find many choices that are specifically Earth-friendly.  We're always adding great new items, so please stop by again in the future and see what's changed.
