Welcome to Orion Imaging, we're glad you're here!  We offer a choice and eclectic selection of art and gifts that are inspired by a love of Nature.  You see, we think that art is not simply something that hangs on the wall in a museum; it's equally as much a way of life, a way of being.  Somewhere in us all is an artist, and it's in those little moments when we connect with beauty that our lives are enriched.

And that's really why we do what we do:  supporting the arts and artistic living.  In our gallery and gift shop you'll find pieces of unique art made by some very talented artists in a variety of mediums including beaded jewelry, pottery, photography, and music.  You'll also find selections of fine aromatherapy products, candles, note cards, and incense, just to name of few...  Artwork and gifts to foster the inner artist in us all.

Being Earth-friendly is very important to us, and we think about what that really means quite a bit.  It's great when we find products that are specifically Earth-friendly and we're always on the lookout for fine gifts that are "green".  But being Earth-friendly can't stop there:  similar to art, we feel that being Earth-friendly is not simply purchasing specialized products, but rather it's also a way of life.  It's asking "where did this come from?" and "how can we do this better?"  Those are questions we ask frequently.

When you shop at Orion Imaging, you are dealing with an environmentally aware and Earth-friendly business.  These are just a few of the things that that means:

• We research our products, inquiring where and how they were made
• We seek out products and manufacturers that are environmentally responsible
• We recycle extensively, seeking out materials that are recycled and recycleable
• We use "green" electric power, a special option offered by our utility provider
• We volunteer our time and effort to local environmental charities
• We donate our spare computer time to scientific climate modeling
• And most of all, we're happy to be "green", but never satisfied:
    we're always looking for even better answers
